Monitor the repairs of the BMS controlled systems carried out by the service provider throughout the site.
Carry out routine checks for correct operation and conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.
Monitor the operation of the HVAC and Fire systems using the BMS to monitor performance.
